Subj: Fragile X Syndrome

This message was originally submitted by faust@GOODNET.COM to the HUM-MOLGEN
list at NIC.SURFNET.NL.

Although I am not a regular contributer to this particular listserv, I do
scan messages to pick up information regarding genetics.

I am however particulary interested in Fragile X Syndrome. I do participate
on a listserv for Fragile X syndrome. Any information those of you can
provide re:fragile x syndrome to me would be greatly appreciated. I am not
just learning about it, I have 2 children (18 & 15) who have it. I am
knowledgeable about the cause and the effect of the syndrome. I would like
to learn more about the biochemistry of the syndrome.

Thank You in Advance

I am a high school biology student
researching the genetic basis of dyslexia. So far I have found little
and conflicting information. I am wondering if anyone has information
to share with me on this subject. I have already looked on MEDLINE
and read abstracts but have not been able to get the journals yet.
This projects first part is due tomorrow so any help is appreciated

Thanks for your help
