Description:
We are bloggers/vloggers from the Philippines and Indonesia in SE Asia covering industrialization initiatives especially centred around Bacolod/Dumaguete area in the Negros region in the Philippines. For a bit of more modern history the Island was first landed by the US Armed Forces and settled with a major Filipino-American mission-oriented sem-rural localed University which provides to this day for the city community a major "focal point" for further urban development, at least in DGTE metro area but of course Bacolod's vibrancy is unmatched with a tendency to do so. The initiatives we report of include: 1) Industrial car auto making slated by an American car manufacturing concern for Kabangkalan. Smaller eVs that are designed as low-lying commuters boxed vans are in the offing for flat roadways. These are planned from Western standpoints but fabricated at home in domestic plants. Fibre glass fabrication will be speaheaded by us for such vehicles in addition to other sourcing like aluminium-titanium chassis, hybrid motors, electronics for telecoms and entertainment console, and navigator mechanical controls in their cab vehicles.
2) Industrial dry goods manufacturing for plastic consumables given the current guidelines from government to recycle responsibly consumer plastics including bioplastics including those from the environment and treatment of microplastic in land, water, air and food chain using microbial agents that break it down. 3) Given the export of electronics, a strong area the Philippines, is to be involved, at this time, for the future of the metro-Sibulan sub-area or district outside of metro-DGTE. Oil from exploration with mainland China is being agreed upon; it may yield a 40% stake (no export) in oil commodity for both export by local Phil. refineries and for our domestic energy consumption including refining deep in the South of the Philippines. 4) Developing IBPN high-impact vamp as a possible 'green' material slated with Indonesia by a Filipino proponent unknown who can bring to the drawing board initial plans to make this technology a reality using a projected 'nuclear-like' design of a plant and chemo-bio/safe facility for further expansion ideally to the frozen 'Arctic' (e. g. Siberia in Russia and N.W. Territories, Canada away from potential pollution of civilization). 5) Digitel Gel-Tagged Electrophoresced (DGTE) Separation - Proteomics of yeast enzymes and their DNA genomics, AI and drug analyses and syntheses and enzyme synthesis, bioreactor syntheses (~32 steps for drug syntheses) for e. g. like Vit-D2,3 agonists (see ref.: D. A. Flores. 2025. Nutraceuticals for Functional Feeding and for Drug Discovery in Ruminant Production: a commentary paper. Discoveries in Agriculture and Food Sciences 13(3):14-22. Based on the research initiative of D. A. Flores, our Owner/Principal of Skye Blue Internet (an imprint co.) (member of the Skye Blue Group, of Canada) concluded in the early 1980s and republished for the literature this year (2025) after the original MS en folio came out in 2021 at K College's Upjohn Commons Library at Kalamazoo College MI USA. 6) Continued push for Negros Oriental to be a self-sufficient and exporting Agri-Food "powerhouse" is to be realized and with net exports around the country and eventually abroad via air and oversea shipment of freight. The fruit trade is expected to expand as indicated by choice preferences by white consumers for native fruit spp. that are suitable to their taste and for consumption as fresh or with culinary use in Canada and Australia not to mention the USA. 7) Biotechnology (see: Jayson Lloyd Enterprises, elsewhere here) will continue to rise as a sizable industry to service Agri-Food both in terms of R&D basic research and routine food safety and food quality testing or maintenance with specialized devices including hand-held, materials, instrumentation for analytical determinations (with a very advanced technology still true in the Philippines), large cabinet appliances including biofermentors and their various equipment/gear including plans to team up (see: Thermo-Fisher Scientific Ltd. and their work with enzymes and proteomics and genomics guiding the way to futures in biotechnology and analytical instrumentation) with biotech cos. interested in collaborating as our exclusive licensees for the dye-tagged reagent and the DGTE'ing laser-driven device for instrumentation [see: (5), above]. As we speak, the port area of Sibulan is still on hold but could develop in future for another potential port assignate being better developed as established for neighboring Cebu Island for agri-produce exporting via barge (this was demonstrated in Sydney harbour, Australia with cars from Japan at one point) and shipped overseas (ocean-going) there. Plane freight would also be available via the municipal airport at Sibulan-Dumaguete nearby possessing (1) runway and as many as 8-12 flight frequencies daily/nightly now.
SKYEVIEW: There is now a belief in networking together the developing countries recently of India, the Philippine Islands and Mexico of north American fame in manufacturing and energy servicing industries for both lucrative export markets in industrialized countries and their own lesser known co-op industries in areas like the 'tour de force' effect of tourism, its infrastructural developments, and cultural exchanges of people including travelling, hotel stays and hospitality and even immigration and customs & tarrifs for trade of goods and services. It is believed that mainline industries like automotive manufacture including concept mini-vehicles will gain ground especially in the tourist trade. Of course PR China's experience in terms of coverage is much more formidable it is predicted. As it stands the Philippines can serve as a crossroad conduit for exchange of goods and services (and people) through development of transportation hubs, ie. international airports and ports of call/containerized freight handling systems and even after roads and bridges which has been extensive in the Philippines for local economies requires also perhaps rail for freight and passenger with freight vehicles. In our vision of manufacturing industries there is aerospace (here our corroborative Biokerosene + IBPN vamp, e. g. for tires, tarmacs/taxiways/runways, bike alley ways, streets, bridges, pedestrian walkways, driveways, shower stall fittings, bath tubs (to be texture-molded, cut and surface finished), parks and bus stops shelters, tables and seats, gazebos, hot tubs, patio furniture, spa chambers outdoors; and with microrubber pollution yet to be proven in soils, water and surrounding wildlife and other food-chain bottom and top feeders, and home/commercial building industries and building trades in "en masse" emergency social housing development from materials acquisition by government regulation. SKYEVIEW: For so-called local industries, power from the grid from geothermal and biofuels including solar paneling is likely to be exploited. Desalinization plants for critical water supply is another utilities concern to run consumer industries (hard goods and foods) in the Sibulan and Tanjay/Bais area (a hypothetical target area) although it has been said that primary pipelining for distribution or networking is probably limited by cost considerations and perhaps this could be warranted by involved industries such as co-ops for food and other materials [e. g. plastics- try recycled landfill collected plastic to avoid plastics pollution, and microelectronics], and local produce (fruit and vegetables) as another consumable in terms of canned or packaged fruits and vegetables, and services from the food industry like catering/buffet servicing, from craft bakeries and baked goods including breads and fastfoods, snack items and prepared meat products (e. g. deli-meats/loafs) from ranching enterprises and other food/hospitality service producers of their industry: outlets amongst their bars/dance halls/cafe stands, transportation (air/land/sea), ports-of-call (ground and air services including major bus depots), resorts (diving, beaches), hostels and inns and major executive inns & hotels and convention centres, sports & entertainment stadiums and banqueting facilities for sports events, weddings, religious celebrations, and fiestas or festivals. SKYEVIEW: For progress on the liquid domestic waste and water utilities installation front there are now plans to provide substituting biofuels (e. g. biokerosene, Flexfuels like gasoline/bioethanol and soon bioisopentenol) from processed liquified, fine-screened (of v. fine granular-like sand) organic-rich "raw" sewage to be reduced with heat and pressure in a feedback loop after priming and catalytically "cracked" of fine specialty hydrocarbon-like gasoline or even biokerosene, here in Vancouver BC Canada in the next decade or so and to be used for freight and passenger transportation (island-mainland ferry, containerized and other specialized vessel traffic (e. g. for exporting light modular vehicular transport like with Japan to the Philippines- depending on gov't regulation), crude and "raw" ore carriered by tanker, bus transit, lorry or truck freight transport, aeroplane transport or travel and other forms of avionics, eV light rapid transit (LRT), etc.) providing convenient conveyance via land, sea and air. In the Rep. of the Philippines, domestic standards have to be radically improved for domestic waste handling and water quality standards with the "plumbing" so-to-speak to improve convenience for both living standards and tourism and hospitality and overhaul our reputation abroad within this country. Also, emergency power (eV) utilities from generators and grids both residential and municipal will be improved in case of urban-prone "brown outs" and during rural countryside floodings, still prevalent in the monsoon or "wet" season with limiting storm drainage/dykes-sewage systems in addition to overhauling the electrical grid powering municipalities in their region for better reliability and from "brown outs". SKYEVIEW: We are a socialist/nationalist movement for advancing security, material standards and thus improving the well-being of every Filipino in our homeland with industrial development and co-op movement for both consumption at home and export overseas to balance the trading and wealth/reserves of the country. There could be less waste and pollutions and extreme weather changes with movement towards sustainability and a climate of cooperation and more filtering towards the masses to improve the Filipino's share per capita of the GNP/GDP. Financing will improve with various Co-op banks based on the powerhouse of compounding agrarian-based industrial resources and manufacturing including the application of higher standards and capacity in technology conversion to capitalize and output manufacturing, while maintaining a competitive edge with the population base of slowly appreciating material and socio-cultural standards of living in our shared communities. SKYEVIEW: With increasing industrial or commercial manufacturing on the ground in places like Davao, Cebu and Zamboanga, Iloilo and Bacolod, and outside beyound the Philippines in Indonesia (quite a hot bed of business & trade of great potential as many Filipinos see it), K. L., Malaysia, and outer trading destinations with the Indian, Bangladeshi, Pakistani and Afghanistani islamic countries or republics including our source manufacturing from DGTE Metro area including potentially Japanese mfg in our country (this is just rumoured news) in future for chassis and motor-mounted vehicles (pedi-motoship commuters) via land transportation (e. g. freight trains are a possibity and present an efficient and convenient conveyance of production goods), containerized handling at port and by lorry or truck, shipping Overseas from port authority areas, as enumerated earlier, around the Negros island zone, at least, using more modern and sound sea-going seacraft and that ensure safety of the surrounding and what can be critical marine ecosystems along the Western Philippine Sea or South China Sea as it is referred to also, e. g. fishing lanes and other wildlife from effluent and oil spills. A lot of the financing and trade with local banks will be from sourcing funds based on the large Arabian wealth or reserves and will be competed for in order to win them to our favour amongst Filipinos who believe in hard work, skill-building, and nation-building and in traditional Asian ingenuity and cooperativity. It is good to encourage the promising up and comers amongst our young in the country to establish by competing themselves in industrial building and networking to build their own wealth and ensure its peaceful distribution with the rest amongst our population.
