Allied Laboratory Animal Care Consulting Services (ALACCS) is a business venture developed to meet the needs of institutions. ALACCS mission is developing responsible and ethical laboratory animal care and use programs which benefit the well being of animals while mutually working together with laboratory animal personnel to accomplish their facility’s mission. ALACCS President, Cindy Conti, has 40+ years experience in the laboratory animal field. ALACCS specializes in assisting institutions with the process of obtaining AAALAC accreditation from the development of a highly organized Program Description through the Site Visit and Post Site Visit Communication. We assist in SOP development/standardization and Program development (Occupational Health and Safety, Training, ect.) utilizing current industry Best Practices. We conduct third party program and facility reviews to evaluate for compliance with applicable regulations including Post Approval Monitoring and Grant Congruency of approved protocols. We assist with Risk Assessments and Disaster Planning. We have 20+ years of IACUC Administration and Chairperson experience including training and can serve on IACUCs.
