IMGT (the international ImMunoGeneTics database) is freely accessible at http://imgt.cnusc.fr:8104

IMGT consist of following sections:

1- IMGT Scientific Chart: A description of IMGT standardized rules to ensure the highest quality data

2- IMGT Repertoire: IMGT expertised immunoglobolin and T cell receptor gene table

3- a New IMGT/LIGM-DB interface and eight choices to see results

4- the mouse (MUS musculus) germline IGKV gene table

5- IMGT reference sequences in FASTA format
