2026-11-19
Early-stage oncology development is increasingly global. For emerging biopharma, the goal is not simply to expand into more countries, but to build a development strategy that identifies the right markets, regulatory pathways, sites, investigators and patient populations from the outset. This webinar brings together oncology drug development experts from Allucent and CMIC to examine how sponsors can strategically incorporate key Western and Asian markets into early-stage oncology programs. The speakers will explore how local expertise and site networks can help sponsors navigate differences between markets and determine where and when each market fits within a global development strategy. Allucent will examine early oncology development across the US, EU and Canada, including how integrated product development, regulatory, clinical and operational planning can inform critical early decisions and strengthen the path to later-stage development. The discussion will also consider how strategic site selection and established site relationships, including Allucent’s IGNITE Site Network, can support faster study start-up, access to oncology expertise and patient populations and more predictable enrolment. CMIC will provide an Asia-Pacific perspective, focusing on South Korea and Taiwan and how these markets can contribute to global oncology programs. The discussion will examine regulatory pathways, clinical trial infrastructure, access to leading cancer centers and experienced investigators and practical considerations for site identification, activation and patient recruitment. Together, Allucent and CMIC will provide a practical view of how product development strategy, regulatory planning, operational expertise and site and patient access can be aligned across North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. For small and mid-size biopharma, this integrated approach can help focus resources, reduce development risk and accelerate the path to critical oncology milestones. Register for this webinar to learn how a globally integrated oncology drug development strategy can reduce risk and accelerate progress toward critical development milestones.
