http://Rosalind%20Beasley,%20Dot%20Compliance%20Inc.

Rosalind Beasley, Vice President of Digital Innovation, Dot Compliance Inc.

Rosalind Beasley leads new product introductions and serves as a life sciences industry and quality domain expert. In this role, Rosalind runs the innovation lab, which explores new and cutting-edge technologies such as artificial intelligence, process mining, robotic process automation (RPA), etc., which ultimately lead to practical inclusion in Dot Compliance products. Rosalind also serves as an industry thought leader helping customers develop their digital transformation strategy to maximize their investment in enterprise cloud GxP solutions.

Rosalind is a pioneer in digital transformation and quality in the cloud. In 2011, Rosalind co-founded 123Compliance and introduced one of the first multi-tenant cloud-based complaint management, quality management, document management and training solutions to the life science industries. In the face of adversity, she did this when the life sciences industry wasn’t ready to embrace the cloud for GxP solutions. 123Compliance turned the industry upside down and went on to be a success. 123Compliance and its intellectual property were acquired by Sparta Systems just four years later.

In her career, Rosalind has helped both large (Abbott, Roche, Allergan) and small organizations alike in their digital journey, knowing when to apply the right strategy and best practices to the right customer at the right time.
