Dubai Health Authority and the World Federation of Public Health Associations proudly announces the above conference to be held at Ritz Carlton Hotel in Dubai.

The 1st Arab World Conference on Public Health, promises to bring together leaders in public health from different Arab countries and AS WELL AS health experts across the globe to discuss critical issues in Public Health in the region.

Conference Theme:

"Towards Excellence in Public Health: Opportunities and Challenges in the Arab World"

It urges participants to submit abstracts for Oral presentations and Posters dealing with major issues related to promoting world class public health services, opportunities and threats.

Who should attend?

Invites local, national and international public health leaders, service providers, NGOs, advocates, trainers and students to participate to this very important conference.

The objectives of the conference are to:

  • Serve as a regional forum for exchange of knowledge, experience and success stories on key public health issues in Arab Countries
  • Shed the light on the importance of Public Health and the use of new public health approaches for promotion of community health
  • Contribute towards promoting public health at regional and national levels
  • Create a better understanding and solutions of the Arab World Major public health challenges within the global public health community.
  • Facilitate and support the development of the Arab World Public Health Association (AWPHA).
  • Announce Dubai Declaration on Public Health.
