On-line registration will be available from January 26, 2009.

The on-line registration will close on the evening of Friday, May 29, 2009 but on-site registration will be available at the meeting, beginning on the afternoon of Sunday, May 31, 2009. Please be note that on-site registration fees are higher.

Early Registration
The deadline for receipt of early registration at the reduced rates is Sunday, March 1, 2009. Registrations received on and after March 1, 2009 will be accepted at the higher rates. There will be no exception to the early registration deadline. The reduced registration fee is only applicable, if it has been credited to the congress account before the deadline. Registering before March 1, 2009 without performing an actual payment is not sufficient to benefit from the reduction.
