In order to highlight this rapidly growing market and the opportunities in the space, we are hosting the 2nd Annual Stem Cell Summit. Last year we presented the top 50 white papers and clinical studies – which we culled from over 300 of the most highly cited papers in the industry – and presented them in our book entitled Stem Cell Forecast and Analysis 2005-2015. This year we will profile a minimum of 106 stem cell companies. Just over 35 of these companies will deliver a 10-minute in-person description of their products and therapeutic applications. In addition, we are inviting the authors of 12 of the most important new stem cell studies to present their papers and share their experiences using stem cells in human patients. Finally, this year’s conference will host the first live stem cell surgery in which attendees can ask questions in real-time as surgeons use a stem-cell-based product in the operating room.
