Phosphodiesterases in Drug Discovery & Development

  September 24, 2004

Strategic Research Institute, Crowne Plaza Philadelphia Hotel
November 8-9, 2004

Continuing advances in the understanding of the molecular pharmacology of phosphodiesterases has led to the development of selective inhibitors as therapeutic agents for disease states ranging from cancer and CNS diseases to erectile dysfunction and inflammatory diseases. The vast combination of cellular controlling mechanisms makes PDEs a very attractive drug target. This year’s meeting will once again bring to light new and promising agents, underline the development of agents with the greatest clinical potential, and discuss new challenges.
