Registration: | On-site registration opens at 4:00 p.m, October 2, 2001. The opening session will begin at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday evening, October 2 and the symposium will adjourn at 1:00 p.m. on Friday, October 5. Advance registration is encouraged as space and materials are limited and the deadline is September 21, 2001. To preregister, please complete the on-line registration form. If you are paying by check (payable through U.S. banks only) or money order, print out the registration form and mail it to: 54th Research Symposium, Conference Services-HMB 131, UT M. D. Registration Fee Schedule: The full conference registration fee includes the tuition, abstract book, two lunches, breaks, and receptions.
