Yeast is the world's most versatile organism. This conference aims to bring together those working with yeast, from industry to academia, to strengthen on links and to forge new ones at this critical time when our knowledge about yeast opens many new opportunities. Although Australians will be the main participants, it is expected that several overseas visitors from industry will participate.
