Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine: An Update for Primary Care

Day 2: Sleep Apnea and other Sleep Disorders (Eiger). Pleural Effusion - Diagnosis and Treatment (Eiger). Approach to the Patient with Chronic Cough (Tino). Preoperative Pulmonary Assessment (Tino).

Day 3: Acute Respiratory Failure and Mechanical Ventilation (Tino). Interpretation of Arterial Blood Gases (Tino). Shock and Hemodynamic Monitoring (Eiger). Potpourri of ICU Cases (Eiger).

Day 4: Community Acquired Pneumonia (Eiger). Pulmonary Manifestations of HIV (Eiger). Tuberculosis 2000 (Tino). Lung Cancer: Basic Evaluation and Treatment Including Small and Non-Small Cell Cancer (Tino).

Day 5: Hemoptysis (Tino). Pulmonary Embolism and DVT (Tino). Common Interstitial Lung Diseases (Eiger). Case Studies for Review (Eiger).
