Both staff management and team/line personnel would benefit from the course material presented. Portions of this training is applicable to the Pharmaceutical, Medical Device and other life science industries

Course Description
Aerosols are a unique product form that require a thorough understanding of the technology before acceptable formulations can be developed for consumer use. While traditional aerosol products have been around for many years, recent developments in propellants, valve systems and packaging innovations have opened up new opportunities for completely new product offerings.

This course has been designed to cover the major aspects of aerosol technology and instruct you in the successful formulation of prototype aerosols for use in personal care, household, automotive and insecticide products. Lectures are designed to familiarize you with the construction, choice and use of aerosol containers, valves, actuators and propellants. Lectures will also cover the establishment of quality assurance procedures as they relate to componentry, raw materials and finished products. State and Federal regulations that directly affect aerosol products will be addressed.
