Course Description
With growing concern about Hemp after passing the farm bill in 2018 and increasing legalization of Marijuana(Cannabis) for medical and recreational purposes all across US states there is increasing need of understanding various analytical techniques employed in determining the potency and ensuring the safety of the product. This 90-minute accredited training course will cover all the analytical chemistry methods employed for this purpose and it will individually cover significance of each technique employed beginning with crop, raw material to final products including CBD infused formulations.

Raghvendra Sahai Ph.D.; President and CEO of EuTech Scientific Services, Inc.

Dr. Raghvendra Sahai is founder of EuTech Scientific Services Inc., a 25 Year old analytical chemistry based Contract Research Organization which is FDA registered and has DEA license from schedule I to V of controlled drug substances. Dr. Sahai did his PhD in Medicinal Chemistry from Central Drug Research Institute. Lucknow, India. His PhD work included chemical characterization of new terpenes and flavonoids from natural resources. He continued to do chemical characterization and structure elucidation work of natural compounds at Hoechst pharmaceuticals, Ltd and then at Waksman Institute, Rutgers, the state university of New Jersey. He is also president of an environmental testing and scientific consumable companies.
