Overview

In this session, you'll have the opportunity to analyze your current approach, your biggest people challenges and leave the session with specific actions you can take (or strategies you can use) with the people on your clinical team. Join our interactive online training course where you will learn how to:

  • Analyze each of your team members to develop a customized strategy to create accountability for each, setting them up for success
  • Transfer from your head to their head exactly what your expectations are so they will both understand and take ownership
  • Establish the goals and measurements of accountability
  • Coach each person through accountability issues during the execution and implementation phase

Why should you Attend

Managing people and teams requires much energy and focus  and many times can be stressful especially in a clinical trials environment when patient safety and drug efficacy is at stake. Often times, managing those who manage your trials is a bigger headache than negotiating the technical aspects of your work. Building accountability, accuracy and ownership is complex, but there are solutions that won't stretch your already enormous workload.
