The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator: Understanding the Instrument

  January 04, 2018

NetZealous LLC, DBA TrainHR, Online Event
2018-03-29

The TrainHR webinar is approved by HRCI and SHRM Recertification Provider.

Overview:
We all have a characteristic way of approaching and interacting with the world around us. However, we are not always aware that others start from a very different place. As a result, we often find it difficult to understand or appreciate those who are quite different from us.

The Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) is the world's most popular personality test, enjoying use in workplace settings as well as family, marriage, and career counseling settings. This webinar will serve as an introduction to the instrument and the world of "Type". Whether you know your MBTI or not, this session will deepen your understanding of your unique perspective on the world around you and the implications of interacting with others who differ.
