Course Description
Nanotechnology has permeated virtually every sector of the global economy and Nanotech is driven by collaborative research, patenting, commercialization, business development and technology transfer within diverse areas such as biomedical sciences, chemical engineering, biotechnology, physical sciences, and information technology. This 90-minute accredited training discusses nanotechnology in the context of business activities, nanoproduct development and commercialization. It examines the entire “product life cycle,” from the creation of nanomedical products to their final market introduction. While focusing on critical issues relevant to nanoproduct development and translational activities, it tackles topics such as regulatory science, patent law, FDA law, personalized medicine, risk analysis, toxicology, nano-characterization and commercialization.
