Registration Fee:  $1500.00

Registration fee includes course materials, breakfast and lunches on course days. Attendees are responsible for securing and payment of their own lodging.

To register for this event, please:

  2. Upon registration, payment is due within two weeks.  

Can’t attend the entire course?

Daily Registration is $200/day.  This includes access to lectures, course materials and meals for specific day selected.

Scholarships Available  - A limited number of scholarships will be available for attendees - all scholarship applicants must submit an abstract for the poster session. Scholarship recipients will be notified within a week of registration. (Please note the scholarship awards will be provided in the form of a registration fee waiver or reduction).  Application for the scholarship is part of the course registration.

Placement is limited to 130 attendees. Registrations will be accepted until the course is full.
