This 90-minute accredited online training course provides significant insight into how our brains work, how we learn, why we make mistakes, and what can be done to minimize future errors. This course will prepare attendees to effectively analyze errors based on a better understanding of why the errors were made and be able to implement effective prevention methods to significantly reduce future mistakes. Variations of this course have been conducted throughout the United States, Europe, and South America.

Leon (Skip) Krals, President, White Meadow Associates
Mr. Krals is retired and has his own consulting firm, specializing in implementing programs to reduce human errors and deviations and using lean six sigma concepts in both manufacturing non-manufacturing environments.
He was most recently an Associate Director, Business Consulting, for a Fortune 100 pharmaceutical company, focusing on improving operations and quality systems internally and at contract manufacturers. He has over 48 years of business experience in the aerospace, electronics, medical device, and pharmaceutical industries. He is also experienced in developing and implementing large scale business systems using integrated database and web concepts.
He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt and has both taught and used total quality and lean six sigma concepts and tools in supply chain management, finance, human resources, purchasing, public affairs, manufacturing, quality, and various other business activities at numerous companies in North and South America and Europe.
Mr. Krals earned a BS and MS degree in engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute (WPI), and has been a continuous improvement specialist for over 25 years.
