Registration Fees:  $2000.00 Standard registration; $1000.00 Student Registration (requires proof of enrollment in an accredited degree program, or postdoctoral training program, or medical internship)

  • Registration fee includes course materials and lunch on course days. Attendees are responsible for securing and payment of their own lodging.

Placement is limited to 130 attendees so early application is advised.
