Micro World’s management training program provides a high impact training of the essential elements of managing a business, including strategy, business finance, cross functional alignment, competitive analysis and the selection of entrepreneurial tactics to build a successful and focused organization. As opposed to traditional learning methods, MicroWorld business simulation lets participants learn and gain experience by making true-to-life business decisions in a realistic virtual world. Participants immediately see the consequences of each of their actions or those of competitors and can assess the health of their strategies. Managers will improve their business acumen and experience a high rate of transfer of training to their job thanks to real life proximity. Participants learn to think and act as entrepreneurs. The MicroWorld simulation program is offered as a web-based online training or live seminars. It can be managed as a team competition or may be run as an individual. Both programs are addressed to business managers in Marketing, Sales, Business Development, Production and Finance.
