Who Should Attend
This course brings to you the most recent update of the REACH regulation. It is designed for professionals with a certain degree of knowledge of REACH and are interested in getting the timely updates so they can best plan and prepare for compliance. Description
This 90-minute accredited course focuses on REACH updates. It is not an overview of the REACH regulation, now is it suitable for entry professionals with no prior knowledge of REACH. Instead, it is designed to provide a quick and timely update to practitioners already engaged in REACH compliance activities ranging from chemical registration to testing to regulatory and business strategy development.

Invited Speakers: Wen Schroeder, President of SEKI Cosmeticals, LLC.

Wen Schroeder is a consultant in global regulatory affairs, chemical control and regulations, and cosmetic formulation and product development. She has over 20 years of personal care product development and pharmaceutical research experience with 30+ US patents and numerous foreign filings.

Ms. Schroeder has degrees in Pharmacy and Environmental Science specializing in Environmental Toxicology and Law. She is a RAC-certified Regulatory Affairs professional experienced in the regulations of cosmetics, food, OTC drugs, and chemical management. Wen served on the Personal Care Products Council's Air Quality Committee and is active in the Society of Cosmetic Chemists, the Drug Information Network, and the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society. She is scientific advisor to Taiwan Government External Trade Development Council.

Ms. Schroeder writes regularly for cosmetic and personal care journals and teaches professional courses on cosmetics, FDA and EPA regulations. Her contribution has resulted in three recently published textbooks on cosmetic science and regulatory affairs. She is the Director at the Center for Professional Advancement for many courses on topics including “REACH“, “GHS”, “Cosmetic Regulations”, “Biocides, Plant Protectants, Preservatives and Pesticides”, and “Sunscreen Technology and Product Development”.
