Wen Schroeder, President of SEKI Cosmeticals, LLC., is a consultant in global regulatory affairs, chemical regulations and management, and cosmetic formulation and product development. She has over 20 years of personal care product development and pharmaceutical research experience with 30+ US patents and numerous foreign filings.

Ms. Schroeder has degrees in Pharmacy and Environmental Science specializing in Environmental Toxicology and Law and is an author of published articles and textbooks on cosmetic science and regulatory affairs.
