Invited Speakers: Francine Lamoriello, Executive Vice President for Global Strategies for the Personal Care Products Council

Francine Lamoriello is Executive Vice President for Global Strategies for the Personal Care Products Council and directs all Council international activities and issues. Previously, Ms. Lamoriello was Sr. International and Business Strategy Advisor at Baker, Donelson, PC, advising clients on international trade policy and business strategy and regulatory affairs. She was Director of International Trade and Investment Services at KPMG Peat Marwick and had served with the U.S. Department of Commerce specializing in US-EU trade policy affecting technology companies.

Monique Michel, Director of International Trade Policy at the Personal Care Products Council

Monique Michel is Director of International Trade Policy at the Personal Care Products Council and specializes in trade facilitation advocacy, addressing technical barriers to trade and market access issues. Her portfolio focuses on Asia, Latin America, and emerging markets. Previously, Ms. Michel served as International Government Relations Counsel for the American Bankers Association and Corporate Secretary for the Bankers’ Association for Finance & Trade, ABA’s international affiliate.

Glenda Williams, Director of International Regulatory Affairs for the Personal Care Products Council

Glenda Williams is Director of International Regulatory Affairs for the Personal Care Products Council with the responsibility to inform members of important international developments and advising member companies on how to comply with foreign laws and regulations affecting cosmetics and personal care products. She develops and edits the Council’s international publications and chairs the Canada subcommittee. Previously, Ms. Williams was Director of Regulatory Affairs at PROSAR and was manager of quality and regulatory affairs at Redmond Products, a hair and skin care products manufacturer.
