This course is designed for individuals who want to learn more about the role of project managers and project leaders in the pharmaceutical or biotechnology industry. During this 2-day program, participants will learn the elements of a project plan and how to use the plan to execute and control a project. Participants will also learn how to motivate team members to achieve the project goals. 

A case study and interactive exercises using pharmaceutical/biotechnology examples will stimulate developing a more in-depth understanding of planning, executing and controlling of projects.
