Who Should Attend

This workshop focuses on improving the way people work together as a project team and is designed for project leaders and project team members at all levels in the organization.

Participants will learn the value of collaborative project leadership and develop the essential people skills necessary for effective team-based work. The critical skills taught include: identifying and working with diverse communication and learning styles, listening effectively, making team decisions, giving and receiving constructive feedback, resolving conflicts, brainstorming ideas, and more. Students will also learn to use tools such as the mind map, affinity diagram, decision matrix, and the interrelationship diagraph. This workshop is highly interactive, providing participants with the training they need to build new skills - ones that can be immediately applied to real project work . . . everyday.

This course is registered with the Project Management Institute and delivered by an accredited, registered education provider. Participants earn Professional Development Units (PDUs) toward Project Management Professional (PMP) certification by attending.
