Organizational Challenges in Safety Reporting Regulations Worldwide

In the last year, the role of safety has become more and more prominent with recent withdrawals, activities in the USA to establish a drug safety oversight board and worldwide focus on safety from regulators and media. This session will focus on safety specific contents, procedures and methods. Specifically, the session will address life-cycle management, the handling of safety in a small start-up company, which often does not have a full department dedicated to safety, and methods and technologies that best support the growing safety reporting requirements.
