Placement is limited to 16 participants. Please submit the following materials via post, fax, or email to the contact person (see link above): One (1) page letter briefly describing your current work and/or research interest and your motivation to attend the course; your Curriculum vitae (please limit to two pages); and a letter of recommendation from your major advisor or supervisor (for graduate students, postdoctoral fellows and residents); Include complete contact information: institute and/or home address, phone and fax numbers and email address. Applications will be reviewed on a competitive selection basis until the course is full. Accepted applicants will be notified in a timely manner by email, telephone or fax. Registration and payment instructions will accompany notification. Applications by women, minorities, and persons with disabilities are strongly encouraged.
