This interactive, one-day training course, brought to you by Pall Life Sciences & Stedim, offers instruction on the advantages of utilizing single-use processes in the manufacturing of biopharmaceuticals. Discussions will focus on considerations and issues that manufacturers need to be aware of when implementing and utilizing single-use processes. Both scientific and business questions will be addressed. The program will have an emphasis on general principles, including a survey of some of the products available on today’s market, applicability and advantages of single-use technology over traditional methods, maintaining quality standards in manufacturing processes when using single-use products, regulatory issues, validating manufacturing processes, and economic benefits to single-use process technology. Additionally, attendees will participate in 4 interactive, hands-on workshops.
