RZPD German Resource Center for Genome Research, RZPD German Resource Center for Genome Research Heidelberg 2003/11/27 Swiss-Prot, TrEMBL and InterPro databases will be described. This will include detailed information on Swiss-Prot/TrEMBL as well as the member databases and application of InterPro. The workshop will cover the theory and practical sessions for hands-on experience. It will be aimed at biologists and programmers of different levels from beginners to slightly more experienced users. |
