This intensive two-day course will provide a background to the basic science behind proteomics as currently being applied to drug discovery projects. Internet sources will be provided on a CD-ROM to provide alternative information sources. The emphasis of this course will be to expand the participant's knowledge of protein applications in drug discovery with an emphasis on new technology approaches, such as protein chip applications and differential protein expression.
