IBC’s Research-Driven Project Management for Drug Discovery Projects: Tools and Techniques for Keeping Projects on Track will benefit current and prospective project leaders/managers, project team members, function managers, senior scientists, program coordinators, therapeutic area leaders and others responsible for leading and managing drug discovery and related life science projects in pharmaceutical, biomedical and life sciences organizations. The workshop will address the optimal implementation of research-driven project management and its integration with discovery-based knowledge management throughout the phases of drug discovery process to clinical proof of principle.
