This masters level course developed with BBSRC funding aims to introduce delegates to the methods used in obtaining gene sequences and then provides a comprehensive overview of the ways used to analyse the data obtained from sequencing projects. It introduces comparative genomics and looks at the use of Bioinformatics. |
