Continuing Medical Education (CME) - 14th Annual Series of Primary Care: Live presentations, accredited by ACCME (20 Hours Category 1 AMA, AAFP Prescribed, ACOG Cognates, and Category 1 ACEP), with a detailed syllabus. Also, home study courses and audio tapes available. Popular morning sessions allow participants time for study, family activities, and recreation. World famous beaches, tennis, golf, water sports, fishing; Ringling Museum, Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, the Asolo Theater, Opera House, Selby Gardens, and Mote Marine Laboratory/Aquarium; less than two hours drive to Disney World, Sea World and other Florida's attractions.

Day 1: Bradyarrhythmias: Sick Sinus. Practical Classification of A-V Block--Anatomy & Physiology of: A-V Node; HIS Bundle; Bundle Branches. Common Misinterpretations--Proximal vs. Distal A-V Block. Noninvasive Maneuvers.

Day 2: Management of Bradyarrhythmias: When Not to Pace. Emergency Non-Invasive Pacing. Indications for Permanent Pacemakers. Management of Supraventricular Tachycardia: Automatic PAT with Block. Atrial Tachycardias. Atrial Flutter.

Day 3: Supraventricular Tachyarrhythmias: Atrial Fibrillation - Recognition. Atrial Fibrillation - Modern Management. Multifocal Atrial Tachycardia. Use of Esophageal ECG. Re-entrant Supraventricular Tachycardia--AV Nodal Reentry, AV Reentry (WPW). Junctional Rhythms.

Day 4: Ventricular Rhythms: Aberration vs. Ventricular Ectopy. Fascicular Rhythms-Narrow Ventricular Tachycardia. Ventricular Ectopy-When to Reassure; When to Treat. Ventricular Tachycardia & Sudden Death--Target for Treatment, Practical Drug Management.

Day 5: Device Therapy: Ventricular Arrhythmia & Sudden Death--Advanced Therapy, Indications and Management of Implantable Defibrillators. Temporary Pacing - Malfunction of Pacemakers. Modern Pacemaker Surveillance--Problems of Interpreting Telephone Transmitted ECG's, Database Management. ECG Diagnosis of Acute MI - Management.
