Responses can be made directly to this address. Has anyone encountered an individual with the following karyotype: 45,XY,der(3)t(3;14)(q29;q11.2) ? Searches of the literature were for naught. We plan to publish the case and would like the description to be as complete as possible. Dysmorphic features to date include hypertelorism and hypospadias primarily.
