Subj: Use of Dynabeads with automated sequencing

This message was originally submitted by dgill@UNM.EDU to the HUM-MOLGEN list
at NIC.SURFNET.NL.

I have been using Dynabeads (paramagnetic beads coated w/ streptavidin)
to isolate ss PCR product and then sequence manualy. We just got an
automated sequencer (ABI 373a) and I am having problems getting the same
PCR products to sequence on the ABI. I am using the Sequenase dye
terminator and Taq cycle dye terminator kits. Has anyone tried these with
dynabeads? The ABI techs were not much help.... I would appreciate any
replies. Thanks.
