Does anyone have information/experience (good or bad) with GFP? We are
especially interested in activation times and stability.

I'm interested in finding out which labs are currently performing biochemical
or molecular studies of fibrillin on patients with ectopia lentis without any
systemic involvement. We are currently following several families with this
disorder.

There is a Bionet Newsgroup dedicated to fluorescent proteins,
where you also should be able to get feedback:
bionet.molbio.proteins.fluorescent
