Ocular Geneticist Position Available.

The Department of Ophthalmology, Faculty of Medicine at the University of
Alberta, is actively seeking an Ophthalmologist with training in genetics,
electrophysiology, pediatric ophthalmology and adult strabismus for a
geographic full-time position. The responsibilities of the position may
include:

1) maintaining and expanding an established clinical practice and research
program in Ocular Genetics in association with molecular geneticists in the
Department;

2) being responsible for visual function studies and supervising the work
of the technicians in performing electroretinography, electro-oculography,
visually evokes responses, dark adaptometry, and other tests of retinal and
optic nerve function;

3) maintaining an active teaching practice in pediatric ophthalmology and
adult strabismus.
