Trevor M.
D'Souza - Editor in Chief
Trevor obtained his Ph.D. at the Department of Microbiology,
Michigan State University, working on lamb pregastric esterases.
After postdoctoral studies (at Michigan State University) on the
enzymology and molecular biology of lignin-degrading basidiomycetes,
he moved to Los Angeles, where he currently works in Quality Control,
focusing on Microbial Identification and Validation. Trevor has been
with Hum-Molgen since 1997. |

Simon Chandler - Editor
Simon completed his PhD at the University of Southampton, England, investigating the molecular mechanisms of DNA triple helix formation with a particular focus on the stabilizing the structure using small molecule intercalators. He did his post-doctoral work with Alan Wolffe at the N.I.H. examining the epigenetic mechanisms of DNA methylation based silencing and the role of chromatin structure in this process. He is currently managing late and early-stage drug development projects an ophthalmology Company in the US. |

Diego Forero - Editor
Diego obtained his MD at the National University of Colombia and he was
working in molecular genetics of neurogenerative diseases. He finished
his PhD in molecular genetics and genomics of psychiatric disorders
at the Applied Molecular Genomics Group, VIB, University of Antwerp,
Belgium. He is currently assistant professor at the School of Medicine,
Antonio Nariño University, Bogotá, Colombia and continues with his
research in neuropsychiatric genetics.
