Description:

AFS Informatics offers technical consulting services in the areas of computational biology and high performance computing.

Previous activities have included technical education and  training, lots of problem solving for my clients, complete application development for bioinformatics applications, program and algorithm optimizations in existing usage and porting to unusual architecture supercomputers, technical advice ranging from intellectual property concerns to the basic strategies of startup enterprises, and effective sales support and evangelism at professional gatherings.

Currently seeking short strategic engagements that do not conflict with my work at the Center for Food Safety and Applied Nutrition at the US Food and Drug Administration.

Based on a broad understanding of both the computational biology and computational scenes, we can help solve your current informatics problems.
