Description:

HYDROGENERATION/BIOGAS BIOGENERATION/BIOACETATE FERMENTATION FOR BIO-KEROSENE & BIOPOLY-IBPN VAMP INFO ENTERPRISES IN CANADA***

Uitilizing raw pulp (forestry) or agrowaste from the farm a Dual Intake process is made for BIOKEROSENE & IBPN Manufacturing as outlined here on this forum by Skye Blue Press Corporation by copyright.

The dual feed is from production of Acetate (VFA) and Bio-H2(g).

There are 3 Classes of Bioprocess Engineering operationally to carry this out:

1. 2-Step: a) Pretreatment (physical, chemical and biological to breakdown lignin-cellulose structure of pulp/farm waste usually consisting of extrafibrolytic enzymes (EFEs) and mineral acids as catalysts. It is believed that EFEs and their cost of manufacture will signal the advent of this breakthrough in terms of process use in industry. Thus, saccharification by catalysts breakdown CHO to glucose + xylose monomer subunits. b) Dark Fermentation is biological in nature with obligate anaerobic (or facultative) bacteria, e. g. Clostridium or Enterobacter in the absence of light.

Thus for 2) the Eqn. describes:

     Sugars ------> H2(g) + VFAs (acetate + butyrate) + CO2 (in minor amounts)

2. 1-Step Dual: Consolidated Bioprocessing (CBP) also described as Single Organismal Processing for Enzymes + Fermentation (microbial).

3. 3-Step: a) Pretreatment and b) 2-Step Microbial Fermentation: Microbial H2(g) Production, CH4(g)/Biogas Production.

There are 3 Products of Interest here: Acetate + H2(g)(for NaH2 production) for Bio-Kerosene Production.

                                                     : H2(g)(for NaH2 production) + CH4(g) from Biogas for BioPoly-IBPN Vamp manufacturing.

It should be mentioned as a Footnote that in Industry 3 Methods are Used for Sourcing H2(g):

1. Electrolysis of H2O by photovoltaic means.

2. Newly discovered H2(g) Wells in Deposits from the Ground as in SK Canada and elsewhere as is expected to be found in future depending on the utility of this biofuel.

3. And described here, Biomass Use from FCR pretreatment (forestry + farming) and Dark Fermentation, Photofermentation with (hv), Consolidated Bioprocessing (CBP) for single organismal use with its enzymes and for fermentation and finally a 2-step Microbial Fermentation for: a. H2(g) production and b. CH4(g) or Biogas production.

***A shout out to colleagues in Industry and for the Business world: Sol Jamie A. and Justin D. We hope to both catch up with you in the Energy fields as you both progress in organizational business planning and operations both for the Philippine Islands and in Mexico and from North America where we are based.
