The World-Wide Black Network in the Asia-
Pacific in the Philippines, Oceana, Far Eastern and Central Asian Republics.
Let us help you source the best and latest technology that industry has to offer from information and news that we provide. As the population ages in the next decade (late 2020's) and slows to a more leisurely pace more people will turn to tourism as a form of economic activity. It is reported that Canada has a 1:10 job dependency on tourism today.
Centered around the Negros Island region (NIR) and meant for developing tourism there and the surrounding area (viz. Iloilo, Siquijor, Cebu Island and Bohol) we are enjoining our roots with indigenous peoples together in Africa, the whole Indian subcontinent, the Philippines and around Oceana (including the aboriginals of Papua New Guinea, Australia/N.Z.) pooling industries, for e. g. Entertainment, like sports and recreation and Mining as in expanding for precious gemstones.
Mentioned, but not the least, are other future industries still to arrive for bioenergy/thermal partially developed in Negros Oriental in the Philippines. It seems land transport (passengers and freight) is a continuing requisite in the country and that roads and bridges building and upgrades and developing a locally tooled industry using the "workhorse" modular C-car concept including adapting the Nissan lite and extra powerful engine as a forerunner mounted on the C-car chassis should emerge with the our own resourcefulness and ingenuity eventually straddling around the world in transportation innovation (e. g. Cambodia, Laos and Vietnam, southern PR China, Japan, ROC (Taiwan), Indian subcontinent, Carribbean and parts of Latin America, Mauritius and continental Africa (e. g. Madagascar and Mauritius) and with new 'green' energy biofuels like Flex Gasohol, Isopentenol, Biokerosene from biowaste from sewage, fibrous-based farm wastes and pulp such as soy, corn and rice straws and wood pulp including pretreatment with solid-state fermentation (SSF)(a 'dry' form of fermentation for ensilage).
Future growth for the southern areas of southern Mindanao which include the general Davao metro area, Iligan and Zamboanga City, and including the Muslim-run south or Sulu area are predicted to also follow suit. Indeed we have heard of new of our own metro Dumaguete higher education institutions scouting for expandsion in those same areas.
We are a prototype organization with a community base, a non-profit business seeking partnerships in commercial tourism including airports, ferry terminals and city deluxe bus stationing and their travel industry, real estate developments, banking, and car manufacturing and bioenergy resources and development of life-supporting agrilife sciences and the agri-food industries themselves, believed in future to be the dynamo of the new and developing 'Tiger' economy that is in the Philippines today.
Eco-tourism in the Province of Negros Oriental and Negros Occidental especially for the pristine rural countryside and use of a 2-4 star amenities system for accomodation and recreation will be the new norm in this respect. These would encompass bus travellers and backpackers, ferry terminal traffic over water or sea, pension accomodations for youth and families on a budget, local 4-star tourist-safe (security and public health regulated) resorts serviced by deluxe bus transport along refurbished highways and roads and bridges.
Transportation and nature's thermal energy and eV for vehicles from a growing expertise in geophysical sciences where there are accessible thermal vents in our partially volcanic isles will pose themselves as leading alternatives.
Urban tourism on the otherhand will continue to develop in the near future in developing economies equal to developed country standards like the Philippines referring to airport food centre malls, entertainment centres, shopping malls, cultural centres, of which there are only two to note in the Philippines being the one up north in Manilla, the Philippine Cultural Centre and south in Dumaguete, the Claire Luce Cultural Centre of Silliman University, live bowl events, museums and libraries, flea or 'dry' markets, recreation parks with cinemas, including the new proposed "Fant-Asia" cyberparks, outdoor zoos with marine lands and very popular live sports arenas, and live outdoor entertainment bowls similarly as in the USA.
Local and outside investors will be called upon together with local authorities/bodies in both Negros Oriental and Negros Occidental provinces and nominated foreign investment banks (e. g. S. Korea, Japanese industrial consortiums and Saudi Arabian banks). In the former setting or urban area or district, e. g. the Central Business District or CBD of Dumaguete City + 4 more outlying networked of municipalities with large populations is already an American themed, Filipino-run university community campus developing our socio-cultural and economic interests towards these socio-economic goals in the Country.
