Introduction.

Here is introduced the topic of taking carbon-based waste recycling full circle and contributing significantly to clean energy with its sustainability avoiding fossil fuel generated greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions in the environment. Its sustainability takes a new picture for both waste conctrol to the environment from raw sewage release into our conserved bodies of water of rivers and lakes and the seas off our coastlines and its major byproduct stream of organics, soil waste as biofertilizer applied to farming and possibly in future organic reduction and catalytic cracking to high-grade biokerosene sought after by the aeronautical industry.

We will now approach the essential topic of interest here of waste handling from its major source, domestic or municipal sourced sewage sludge directed by local government services to waste treatment plants, a major and valuable resource infrastructure for building a stabler and higher quality of life standard amongst all local citizen in the country. 

 

The Promise of Modernity in C-Cycling Feedstock from Municipal Sewage Sludge (MSS) to Bionenergy.

Raw sewage conversion to biodiesel from fat and oils with byproduct streamed bioleached (heavy metal chelated) solids for biofertilizer applications upon collected cartage. This is from urban situated bathrooms installed for their modernity improvement of quality of life through hygiene and convenience.

It is noted that this municipal sewage sludge solids have abundant lipid content (partially oxidized) but also solid remediatable harder elements using the bioleaching process for lead (Pb), Nickel (Ni), Cadmium (Cd), Zinc (Zn) and Copper (Cu). Bioleaching chelates would take 2 1/2 - 3 weeks holding time for effective removal in the downstream processed feedstocks.

It is tantamount especially with concentrated populational areas around the Philippines that raw waste from sewage is very damaging to fish and the rest of the ecology surrounding bodies of water, killing its wildlife, flora and fauna. 

The elements of raw sewage (MSS) for treatment plants (TP) include: 1) organic materials, 2) microbes, 3) oils- mostly of plant origina, 4) fats, 5) inorganic materials and finally 6) H2O (moisture). 

Biodiesel is used for transport of passenger traffic and freight around the country as with trucks or lorries, trains, planes, ferries and mass transit (urban and rural).  

Biodiesel can also be used to secure stability in grid power delivery in case of brown outs and for the security of public distribution for use with our eV vehicles in future through their plant generators. 

 

Collection in City and Rural Scapes: making waste work lest it go to waste.

City, village or rural communal bathrooms and fittings company can come into effect that would cart raw sewage from cisterns and carries out waste treatment plant processings for countryside generators to guard against brown-outs and during emergencies such as typhoons and floodings in emergency centres around the country.

The mission of this industrial 'conglomerate' is to provide for social comforts in the way of artisanship and artesian-based convenience for all Filipinos in the country. The allied combination of sewage collection utilities, water utilities and fuel/electrical utilities is an extremely strong driving force for supporting economic progress and advancement in standards for domestic daily living and to serve the hospitality and tourism industry with further excellence, painting the better picture the country deserves in terms of sanitation and cleanliness from Overseas points of departure from a public perception.

It is believed that this goes well with infrastructure initiatives and stimulus for other countries to pursue. 

 

Closing Remarks. 

How much of an alternative does it represent to contribute to the streams of alternative and C-conservative fuels as biofuels? No doubt it is little exploited at this time and around the world but with overpopulation growing as ever municipal planning in most developed countries will be aligned with this strategic goal to develop better services in many countries including pressures to minimize the C-fingerprint of industries, domestic sources and farming animals, with developing countries to follow.
