Central Asia - Includes the voluble region needing more drastic settlement of the country of Afghanistan. The French banques have already entered this arena and so soon to follow would be leadership of Singaporean financial centre management intended for the region. 3. India-Pakistan-Bangladesh-Sri Lanka of the Indian sub-Continent and their sphere of influence to potentially be the third largest super power in the region. 4. Arabia - Saudi Arabia, Oman, Qatar, UA Emirates, etc. - We have noted that the Simons Foundation in Canada is pouring more of its funding potential into marine studies and resource development looking to the future. We also take note with their lead in Hydrobiotics (marine & fresh water) in the ff. areas of research: A. Agri-Food: Hydrobiotics for forages/fodders for beef/dairy. Product production for dietary vegetables and fruits currently driving the healthfood marketplace. Fisheries (e. g. trout, grouper and salmon). Food science & technology-innovation with manufacture of milk food products for- Ice cream, yogurt, butter, cheeses, cream cheeses, sour cream and favourite energy dairy-based drinks. The field aims to improve both nutrition and marketability with consumers and market access with sellers/buyers. B. Energy or Biofuels: Biokerosene, biodiesel and alcohols. C. Pharma: GFs (growth factors)(non-antibiotic)(endocrinological), hormones (production, health & safety). D. Biomaterials: Hydrogels, polyfibres for new textile technology. E.
