Future growth for the southern areas in Mindanao include the Muslim-run South which are predicted.

We are a private, non-profit organization (NPO) or association seeking business partnerships in the context of tourism, including the island region of Negros in the Philippine archipelago, dealing towards development of food resources, transportation (e. g. the mini C-car or minicab integratable modular concept) and energy resources for agro-tourism for the rural countryside and the amenities for accomodation and recreation. Energy resources from biomass using biotech's fermentors will be developed with the developing nations comprising the so-called "Black Network" to serve further commercialization with industrialization in the manufacturing and service sectors. For SkyeBlue's informational resources we are developing along the lines for bio-kerosene, gasohol for transportation, bio-butanol and isopentenol (for the future) for transport of goods and for aeronautical applications including space travel (usually H2, NH3), and heating & cooling in addition to hydro from reservoirs, solar power, heat exchangers, piped LNG and nuclear power.
Urban tourism we predict will develop in the near future in developing economies equal to developed country standards like the Philippines referring to airport food centres or malls, entertainment centres, shopping malls, cultural centres, live bowl events, museums, libraries, flea markets, recreation parks and cinemas, including new proposed "fantasia" cyberparks, zoos and very popular sports arenas for live events.
Local and outside investors will be called upon together with local authorities / bodies in both Negros Oriental and Occidental provinces. In the former is an American themed, Filipino-run University community or campus and Central Business District (CBD) developing towards these socio-economic goals.
