AGROINFORMATICS COMPUTING FOR GRONOMICS SCIENCES:

1. PROTEO = Pharma Drug Discovery in Life Sciences & Medicine.

2. METABOLO = Therapeutic Life Sciences & Medicine.

3. GENO = DBasing of DNA Sequenced Data.

Non-GMO - type, non-transgenically manipulated metabolic organismal systems are the problems we approach. For RNA-based users it is mentioned in the literature that stem cell-based technology might have its limitations comparably and be better, cf. Cancer therapeutics.

There is now information coming out of our webinar generating organization Xtalks (Karen at the front desk) that new proteosomal level regulatory manipulation to treat disease and address more production oriented examples in higher animals (e. g. humans and livestock) using mechanisms in the cell to degrade proteins such as in the well-known ubiquito proteosomal - generated regulatory organisms (UP-GROs); previous there has been mention of our own variant to the U. of Warzawa's PNA-B12 is the PNA-Vit K1,2(quino-pentagonals) (x5), PNA-Auxin/ARFs, and PNA-Pheremones for microbiome organisms, higher animals for human therapeutics and domesticated farm production livestock or animals, crop plants and weeds, and insects or pests.

(Note: for Terms & Communication using Scientific Terminologies the ff. has to be adhered to: accuracy, in a systemized fashion to label with terms, completeness in coverage, and clarity in formulating the terms and the naming of chemical compounds or molecules.)

The areas of investigation for genetically regulatory organismal or what we call GRONOMICS are bioinformatical (high-throughput computer-run) genomics, metabolomics and proteomics. These are my points to outline as comments to ongoing research: 1) Biosafety presents itself with use of GMO-based probiotics in scenarios as with developing country settings were low-quality farmed byproducts present themselves as potential sustainable feed resources if processed and/or fed with probiotics in the rumen stomach for improved digestion and nutritive value to the animal from their diets. It is up to further deliberation if the competitive environment serves to "blank out" introduced probiotic GMOs which require unfortunately greater energy needs (e. g. ATP) due to their molecular modifications. They do not therefore subsist outside the rumen for facultative spp. and if transferred through body fluids of animals (animal handlers are presumably protected and even immunized against their bodily contamination) will be quarantined or "cordoned" off in coral or stands away from contact with the immediate surrounding environment together with regular disinfection. Note: the main point or approach touted by this author in his mini-review is use of plasmid-based technology, remote from c'somal-based DNA, on gene regulatory cassettes using TFE and TFs, which transfer or expand naturally between spp. in the microbial consortia that is the rumen. 2) Non-GMO based prebiotics also present themselves with use of RNA-based technology also referred to as microbial PNA-B12 fine-chemical biologic agents in feeds processing like ensilage in temperate climes, 3) In the ff. review (CLICK): Biotechnology and the improvement of silage (tropical and temperate) rumen digestion: a mini-review | SpringerLink (NB: Erratum=No N Balance Data Reported in 2012 post ad hoc), the ff. points can be made: a) the fact that limitations in certain amino acid synthesis in microbial metabolism for phenylalanine (PHE), leucine (LEU) and isoleucine (ILE) and b) that amino acids are significantly accumulated in rumen fluid from dietary feeds (i. e. peptides are referred to here as free amino acids, FAA, are insignificantly low in rumen fluid when sampled after feeding) there is a need to address these two metabolic factors when boosting ruminal microbial cell protein (MCP), e. g. TF regulating rate-limiting synthesis of those amino acids, and boosting rate-limiting transfer processes of amino acids intracellularly; this perceived to be v. advanced considering the complexity of the regulatory systems for cell transport processes that are to be regulated, at this time. 4) Lastly, we have to go to Pakistan as an outreach, in particular, to address their feeding systems and problems for meeting demands for food security (including peace and order) and sustainability for export markets in that part of Central Asia.

GRO Class and the New GeneOmics:

Non-transgenic, Genetically Regulatory Organismal (GRO)-class RNA metabolomics biologic technology takes both prokaryotic and eucayotic and multiple organismal genomic manipulation.

The fine biologic RNA-type peptide-nucleic acids (PNA)s are: a) - B-12, b) - Phytohormonal (e. g. Auxins and Auxin-like Regulatory Factors, (ARFs), and c) - Pheromonal, usable for problem areas in: Agronomic Cropping, Pesticide & Herbicide Control; Microbial Processing & Manufacturing and Derma-/Cosme -tological Applications (see: (k) below).

(a) Agronomy, Cropping and Horticultural Crops. E. g. Enhancing and boosting florescence as with flowering plants like roses, carnations and lilacs; fruiting as in their tactility, size, taste, appearance and aroma as with the new Golden delicious apples of Washington State USA, and Bartlet pears of the Hunter Valley in Australia.

(b) Rumen Microbial Digestion.

(c) Silage Fermentation.

(d) EFE (Extracellular Fibrolytic Enzymes) & Crop Improvement / SFE (Slowed Fermentation Enzymes) & Rumen Support.

(e) Antibiotics for Health Management & Anti-fungal Cropping Agents.

(f) Herbicidal Control.

(g) Pesticidal Control.

(h) Microbial Soil Science.

(i) Growth, Development and Reproduction.

(j) Composting and Biochar, a "Green" Carbon (C) Sink Material for Biofertilizer Amendments & Microbial/"Green" Waste Management.

(k) Melanization blocker by direct-applied cosmetic cream to help prevent scarring of all skin tone types. A combination of skin toner-like mask, drying agent for increased healing and light bleaching for topical and daily repeat application. Denoted with a increased of a boost in protein in the diet for bettern immune response, peeling in between direct applications (user only) and hide pitting of the skin. There is a question as to why 'cauterization' of the open sore, with eczema for e. g., 'seals' itself upon contact and adhesion of the mask of make-up and heals reasonably.  It is working to arrive at a product that is acceptable in terms of period of use to complete healing over the same time or longer (2X) to heal, preventing discoloration of the skin and pitting. Also, TiO2 and ZnO2 are both common drying agents that cause scabbing and peeling applied topicaly over 5 days X 3 continuously. There are other Eczemic oral medications that treat it but this would be a marked improvement in both treating immuno- related conditions and itchiness.

White Paper Announcement:  ''Horticultural Cropping, Fruit Trees, Field Vegetables and Browse Trees and Shrubs for Trait Improvement** via PNA-Auxin/ARF-like Biologics: Exploring Plant Biochemistry and Bioinformatics.

**1) Feed-Efficiency Traits, e. g. energy fibre crops (low-lignin); 2) Nutritive Value (NV) Enrichment Traits to Solve Hunger, e. g. sugar crops (hi-sugar forages), sun-cured low-protease forage crops, and hi-protein grasses, trees & shrubs; 3) Quantitative Traits for Productivity; and 4) Hardiness Traits, e. g. biotic (pests) and abiotic (weather-related including drought resistance) stressors.
