Description:

Neurodigitech (NDT), located in San Diego, California, is a CRO (Contract Research Organization) biotech company, dedicated to 1) neurohistological service of the central nervous system (CNS) for biotech R & D and Pharmaceuticals, 2) both cost- and time-effective "neural tools" (neural staining solutions) , 3) high-throughput digital microscopic imaging and stereology-based quantitative morphology,  and 4) GLP and non-GLP studies.

I. Neurohistology service

NDT provides the fastest turnaround of histological service for our biotech/pharmaceutical customers. These include the high-throughput cryo- and paraffin-based sectioning with standard histological stains (Cresyl violet, hematoxylin and eosin stain or H & E, methyl green, neutral red, saffranin, etc), special stains (Golgi-Cox impregnation, Gallyas silver stain, deOlmos Amino Cupric silver stain, etc), and immunofluorescence and immunoperoxidase of the biomarkers for basic and neuropathological research. The deliverables including serial mounted slides with labels in boxes and/or representative digital images of the region(s) of interest and morphological analysis (upon request).  With extensive research experiences, NDT also helps our customers validate and develop the most cost-effective experimental designs and protocols. The technical support is always available throughput the course of the study.

II. Neural staining kits
With increasing demands in time and cost for research projects, the affordable, user-friendly staining kits play an important role for researchers to achieve scientific breakthrough. As a leading supplier of CNS research products, NDT is dedicated to providing quick delivery of high-quality, ready-to-use neurohistological staining packages. These include the proprietary standard FD ApopTMFD NeuroApopTMFD NeuroSilverTMFD Rapid GolgiStainTMFD Multi RapidStainTMFD Rapid TIMMStainTM kits that help researchers produce most reliable scientific results. The quality of our stain kits has been highly cited in peer-reviewed scientific publications by our customers, including prestigious research labs and pharmaceutical companies.  Note: for direct purchase of the above products, please also visit our E-Store of Neurodigitech].
III. Digital cameras and digital biological microscopes
NDT provides a series of cost-effective new brands of state-of-art digital cameras (CMOS).  While the cost and performance advantages between CMOS and CCD cameras have been difficult to compare but also complementary to each other, depending upon the application, the speed is one of the areas where CMOS camera can truly show considerable strength due to the relative ease of parallel output design/structures.  This offers great advantage(s) in high-volume image acquisition as well as in vitro time-lapsed observations.  Moreover, NDT offers a series of cost-effective digital biological microscopes that feature the cost-competitiveness, high-resolution images, and user-friendly operation.  Additionally, NDT promotes a series of cost-effective, 5 mega-pixel, 8" LCD digital fluorescence microscopes, which can be considered a new trend of low-cost and high-throughput digital imaging and microscopy in bio-pharmaceutical industry. [*The detail of the new product inventories will be auto-direct to the E-Store of Neurodigitech, called "Neuro-eStore"].
IV. Digital microscopic imaging and morphometric analysis

Using the state-of-the-art digital imaging and unbiased stereology-based morphological analysis protocol, including 2-D and 3-D digitized microscopic and MRI imaging visualization and reconstruction programs, we help our customers streamline the processes of digital data acquisition and high-standard quantitative analysis. We also provide consultations for peer-reviewed publications. NDT also welcomes scientific collaborations since we believe customer's comments can always help us improve the quality of our services.  At present, NDT is dedicated to developing a user-friendly, affordable 3D laser scanning and analytical platform for both CNS- and non-CNS studies.

V. Preclinical CRO service

NDT specializes in both non-GLP and GLP compliant pre-clinical assessments of CNS disease therapeutics using a variety of biomarkers, including histology, immunohistochemical and histochemical methods. In particular, NDT is dedicated to custom-designed neuropathological assessments for the neurodegenerative diseases, such as Alzheimer's, Parkinson's, ALS, and brain insults (strokes and brain tumors) and neural stem cell programs for preclinical studies of animal models upon request.  NDT helps our clients to develop the most time- and cost-effective study design and analytical methods with digital imaging platform with unbiased, computerized morphological analysis to render most reliable scientific results.
