Description:

BC Manufacturing (BCM) provides nearshore, outsourced manufacturing and assembly services for companies in the biomedical sector at Class A facilities in Baja California, Mexico (just 30 minutes from downtown San Diego).

Our shelter maquiladora provides labor and tax advantages; our proximity to the U.S. provides time to market benefits; and our industrial engineering skills allow us to help our customers achieve high quality manufacturing or assembly for key components or entire assemblies. Start-up operations can generally start as quickly as 8-12 weeks, allowing our customers to realize cost advantages and value right away and close to the U.S. market. As needed for each customer, BCM operations have been ISO9000 and QS9000 certified.

BCM's parent company (Vertek International) has over 20 years experience in shelter maquiladora manufacturing in Mexico and the Baja California region.
