Description:
We are consulting engineers for fermentation projects, in which we undertake the following activities : co-ordination for process know-how & technology transfer; process development & scale-up of laboratory or pilot plant data for commercial application; basic design & detail engineering for setting up of manufacturing facilities; designing of fermentors, balancing equipments & utilities equipments, with process control instrumentation; erection & commissioning of the plant & laboratories; training of personnel in operations & maintenance (including preparation of standard operating procedures & detailed training of the plant operators in handling sterile processes) Once the project is commissioned, we can assist our clients in long term smooth operation of the plant, by solving process & equipment related problems (such as contamination prevention), suggesting newer & better methods & systems wherever possible, & generally trying to improve the existing plant & laboratory systems.
